Founder & CEO
Jeff VanHoose has been with the company since the beginning. He has over 35 years of experience in communicating and leading the development of the company’s short-term and long-term strategy. He is the CEO & Founder of all VANHOOSECO Companies and affiliated entities.
General Manager
Larry Trent has been with VANHOOSECO for over 8 years with over 38 years of experience. He is certified by NRMCA. In his spare time, he’s a Lay Leader at Strawberry Plains United Methodist Church, an Avid Mission worker, and he supports local schools sports programs.
VP Sales Utility Division
Roger Parker has been with VANHOOSECO for over 6 years. He has over 26 years of experience in combined RCP and Precast Products. He mainly focuses on Sales for Precast & RCP, Contract Negotiations, and Project Analysis. He has multiple degrees and certificates from Eastern Kentucky University.
Vice President
Doug Staley has had over 38 years of experience. Some of his prior experience has been a senior superintendent or superintendent for Blount Contractors, Foley Mechanical, and Toma Hawn Construction. He also worked 15 years as a Union Carpenter in various roles.
Operations Manager
Doug Rhodus has been with VANHOOSECO for over 4 years. He has over 21 years of experience in the work force. Doug oversees everyday productions with utilities, pipe, Envirocast, and Ready Mix. He also has a degree in Drafting from Central Kentucky State Vocational Technical School.
Controller
Anthony Gainer has been with VANHOOSECO for over a year now. He has over 30 years’ worth of experience in accounting and financial reporting. He has a Bachler’s Degree from the University of Tennessee. In his spare time, he’s an Umpire Director for the Knox County Middle School Baseball team.
HR Director
Lance Dawson has been with VANHOOSECO since June 2019. He has 25 years of experience in human resources. He was a Commissioned Offer for the U.S. Army and he has multiple Bachler’s degrees from the University of Tennessee. In his spare time, he’s a Committee Chairman for a local BSA Scout Troup.
