Wall Panels
These structural or non-structural walls can be produced with any architectural finish on either side, including natural stone or brick inlays. The walls may include door and window openings, adequate insulation, and electrical conduits that are placed during the precast process. Wall panels are an excellent choice for warehouse spaces, because they protect from fork lift damage on the inside while providing security from the outside. Because wall panels are mold and fire resistant, your investment is protected for many years to come. Future expansion is easy with the ability to move walls with your changing needs. Fast construction time helps lower your overall project costs. Insurance and tax benefits are possible for many of our customers.
Concrete Homes
Concrete homes are durable as well as mold, mildew and pest (such as termites) resistant, compared to traditional wood or brick homes. Total precast homes have no beams and columns in the basements, which provides long clear spans for a very flexible design. Precast concrete homes typically have very high fire ratings and may serve as safe storm shelters because of the homes’ strength. Additionally, precast combined with internal insulation helps provide excellent energy efficiency.
Columns & Beams
These precast elements can be used when spanning distances too great for other materials like timber. Custom pieces can be produced, to specification, to meet any configuration or design criteria. The ease of precast eliminates complex overhead forming systems. Once in place, floor or roof decking can be immediately installed.
Slabs
Solid slabs are used for structural deck components, replacing traditional poured-in-place slabs. All of the improvements in quality and time savings will be realized with precast concrete.
Basement & Foundation Walls
Basement and foundation walls have the same benefits of our other wall panels, but are used below grade. The speed and ease of precast basement walls allows contractors to complete footers and install basement walls quickly. Once these insulated and structural walls are installed, framing the home can typically begin within the same week. Since insulation and conduit can be placed within the wall system, no additional costly processes are needed to finish the basement walls. Precast concrete walls are also more water resistant than traditional concrete block construction, creating a dryer, more comfortable environment.
