The VanHooseCo Column & Panel Wall system has all of the advantages of precast concrete produced with a patented form system from Verti-Crete. This system has the Tennessee dry stack pattern and can easily reach heights up to 16 feet with a system of columns and panels. The “stone” is so realistic, you’ll see every detail you would in natural stone, right down to the grout joints. Our method of vertically casting columns and panels allows not only for beautiful aesthetics on both sides of the wall, but also seamless stone patterns that wrap around each corner. To achieve the look of real stone at an affordable price, the VanHooseCo column and panel wall is stained with a base coat, and then accented with colors that are added to create the subtle, yet realistic, look of stone. Virtually limitless combinations of base and accent colors can be applied to match the theme of any project. These walls are also stamped by a licensed structural engineer, and any additional engineering work is available.

This unique design streamlines the installation process and allows for incredible flexibility in configuration. Unlike other types of wall systems, the VanHooseCo Column & Panel Wall does not require a continuous footer, only a pier footing under each column. Once the footings are set, VanHooseCo’s hollow posts are set over the rebar to rest firmly on each concrete base. Panels are then set in place to fit securely within notches cast into the posts. After each section is plumbed and leveled, the columns are filled with concrete to secure the connection between post and footing. This process results in a faster installation and the most cost efficient secure connection available.
